Popping fried snails "Boubourista"

Ingredients for 4 people
• 1 kg. pre-cooked snails with shell • 1 glass red wine • 1/2 cup of all-purposes flour • 1 cup of olive oil • salt, pepper, rosemary

› Wash, drain pat dry the snails.Salt the snails, put them into flour and fry them for 3 minutes in a frying pan with the open side down.
› Sprinkle the rosemary, salt, pepper and mix them once.
› After 2 minutes add the glass of redwine.
› When the wine evaporates, they are ready to be served.

Ingredients for 4 people
• 1 package of frozen snails Fereikos • 2 medium onions • 2 garlic cloves • 1 green pepper • 2 fresh tomatoes • 2 laurel leaves • Olive oil, salt, pepper |
Preparation
› Strain and rinse the boiled snails.Boil the snails for 30 minutes in a large soup pot with water.
› Chop the onions, the garlic and the pepper and add them into a frying pot.
› Add the snails and mix all the ingredients 2-3 times.
› Add the tomatoes, the laurel leaves,salt, pepper .
› Let it boil until the tomato sauce is thickened and serve.
