Products

Our snails derive exclusively from open snail farms in full biological cycle. All of our products, according to the European legislation, indicate the place of production and the whole procedure that has been followed during the preparation.

FEREIKOS-HELIX can provide you:

• FRESH PRODUCT

Fresh product, dried, cleaned and ready to cook. Species: Helix Aspersa Müller. Conserved for 60 days.

• FROZEN PRODUCTS

Frozen products, ready to cook. Species: Helix Aspersa Müller and Eobania Verniculata. Conserved from 18-24 months.

• CANNED PRODUCTS

Canned products are elaborated and conserved in cans or jars of glass. Conserved for 5 years.  

We also provide sterilized shells and special cooking utensils.
